BAISAKHI-The very vibrant and significant Sikh festival has managed to retain its luster and importance even after all these years. Beyond the merrymaking  with Giddha and Bhangra, The festival is a celebration of the harvest season and is called BAISAKHI after the name of the month of VAISAKH which is the Indian name of this month in the solar calendar. The festival is not just about HARVEST celebration but also about the celebration of the birth of KHALSA- A very important Sikh brotherhood clan.

Baisakhi is truly a festival of colors and brightness.
