⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM PEACH MODE — Extremely disappointing experience
This was my first order from Peach Mode, and unfortunately it has been a complete disaster from start to finish.
I ordered this saree on August 1st specifically for my school's Onam celebration, giving myself enough time because I needed the saree well in advance. Despite this, the delivery was a mess. The tracking showed that my parcel had reached the Kochi facility, but it still wasn't delivered to me. I eventually had to contact Delhivery myself and personally go to their facility to collect my own parcel because I couldn't wait any longer.
And then came the worst part.
When I finally received the saree, I found multiple defects — visible holes, several tiny holes/weak spots and stains on the fabric. I have photographs and videos clearly showing the condition in which I received it.
I immediately contacted Peach Mode expecting them to take responsibility for sending a damaged product. Instead, after all this, I was told that they cannot provide a refund and that the only compensation they can offer is around ₹100 as a gift card/voucher.
Seriously? I paid around ₹1,700 for a saree that arrived damaged, and the solution offered is a ₹100 gift card?
The situation is even more frustrating because I had already given the blouse piece to my tailor for stitching after receiving the saree. I ordered this specifically for an upcoming event and cannot simply wait another couple of weeks for a replacement. Yet there is apparently no reasonable solution for a customer who received a defective product.
A company should take responsibility when it sends a damaged product to a customer. Instead, I have been left with a defective saree, wasted time, delivery problems, and essentially no proper resolution.
This was my first experience with Peach Mode, and it will definitely be my last.
Please think twice before ordering if you expect proper quality control, reliable delivery and customer service when something goes wrong.
Very disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend Peach Mode.
