Cooking time: 2-3 Minutes

Ingredients: 

1 Red capsicum

1 Green Capsicum

1 Sweet Corn (Boiled)

2 Small tomatoes deseeded

1 Cucumber

5-6 Kaffir lime leaves

Few Lemon grass leaves

Salt, lemon and Tamarind chutney to taste

GarnishHoney noodles (ready made from China Garden or any other restaurant) and Roasted and crushed peanuts.

 Method:

    • Chop all the vegetables, Kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass finely.

  •    Boil corn in a vessel or cooker
