By definition, Organza is a thin, plain weave, sheer fabric traditionally made from silk. But owing to its vast demand and the varied needs of the market, it started being developed from nylon, polyester, etc. A lot of people love to experiment with Organza as it is very feminine and graceful. It does not have the fall and shape of chiffon or tulle but for voluminous outfits that require sheer, sheen and structure, it works wonders.

It looks ethereal in pastel hues and with floral prints or embellishments. Today, brides believe in keeping it minimalistic and chic rather than strictly traditional. They are bolder with their colour and silhouette choices. New-age women no more fit the shy bride bracket and love to play with sheer as it's fun and mysterious too. They are experimenting with peplum blouses, embellished blouses with sculpted details, exaggerated tassels, trimmings, lace, fur, asymmetrical drapes, bejeweled belts and unconventional colours. Organza Suits are also finding their place in the bridal trousseau as they are not difficult to carry or maintain.
