COCONUT LADDOOS

If you love the flavor of desiccated coconut, then this sweet delight is for you. Simply mix condensed milk with desiccated coconut till a smooth dough is formed. Make small balls out of it and garnish with some chopped almonds and silver paper. Chill for a while and serve!

 

MARIE ROLLS

This is a very interesting recipe that can be made with just three ingredients- seedless dates, marie biscuits and some milk. Take some Marie biscuits and grind them into a coarse powder. Take seedless dates and make a paste again in the grinder. Knead the two into a smooth dough with your hands by adding some milk and ghee. Make rolls of equal size. Take some powdered sugar in a bowl and gently coat the rolls with it. Refrigerate for a while and its ready to savor.
