Peachmode Rewards - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

1.1. Peachmode Rewards is a loyalty rewards program offered by Peachmode (T.R.P.L) that allows registered customers to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases made through our website (peachmode.com), mobile app, and physical retail stores.

1.2. By participating in the Peachmode Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Peachmode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

1.3. Participation in the program is free of charge and open to all registered customers.


2. Earning Points

2.1. Points are earned on eligible purchases at the rate of 10 point(s) for every INR 1000 spent.

2.2. Points are calculated on the net purchase amount, which excludes taxes, shipping charges, gift card payments, and any discounts applied to the order.

2.3. If loyalty points are used to partially pay for an order, points will not be earned on the portion paid through loyalty redemption. Points are earned only on the amount paid through other payment methods.

2.4. Online purchases (website and app):
Points are not credited immediately upon placing an order.
Points move to a "pending" status once the shipment is dispatched (in transit).
After successful delivery, points enter a waiting period of 15 days (the return window for points allocation).
Points are credited to your account only after the return window has closed without a return request being raised.
If a return request is placed after points have been credited, the corresponding points will be rolled back from your account.

2.5. In-store purchases:
Points are credited at the time of billing.

2.6. Points are rounded to the nearest whole number.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1. Points can be redeemed on purchases made through the Peachmode website, mobile app, and at physical retail stores.

3.2. The redemption value of points is 1 INR per point. For example, 100 points = INR 100. Minimum points needed for redemption is 50 points.

3.3. Points can be used to pay for part or all of an eligible order, subject to your available balance.

3.4. When redeeming points during online checkout, points are temporarily "held" (blocked) for up to 30 minutes. If the order is not completed within this period, the held points are automatically released back to your available balance.

3.5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another customer, or exchanged for gift cards.

3.6. Peachmode reserves the right to set a minimum redemption threshold, which will be communicated at the point of redemption.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

4.1. Points earned on returned items:
If you return items from an order for which points have been credited, the points earned on the returned items will be proportionally rolled back from your account.
If points are still in "pending" status, the pending allocation will be cancelled (or reduced proportionally for partial returns).

4.2. Points used (redeemed) on an order that is returned:
Redeemed points are not refunded back to your loyalty account upon return.
Instead, the monetary value of the redeemed points is proportionally deducted from the refund amount.
For example, if you used 500 points (worth INR 500) on an order of INR 3,000 and return items worth INR 1,500, the loyalty deduction from your refund will be proportional to the returned value.

4.3. Order cancellation:
If an order is fully cancelled, all loyalty transactions associated with that order are reversed: redeemed points are returned to your account, and any pending or earned points for that order are rolled back.

4.4. Shipment failure:
If a shipment fails or is cancelled by the courier, any pending point allocation for that shipment will be cancelled.
Redeemed points on such orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be manually adjusted by our team after verification.

5. Points Expiry

5.1. Earned points expire after 365 days from the date they are credited to your account. Peachmode reserves the right to change the expiry of issued points at any time. A communication may be sent to the customer 7 days prior to expiry. 

5.2. Expired points are automatically deducted from your balance and cannot be reinstated.

5.3. Peachmode may, at its discretion, offer promotional points with different expiry periods. Such promotions will be communicated separately.

6. Account and Balance

6.1. Points are linked to your registered phone number and customer account. Maintaining a single account with consistent contact information is the customer's responsibility.

6.2. Your points balance can be viewed on your account page on the Peachmode website or app, or by enquiring at any Peachmode retail store.

6.3. Peachmode periodically reconciles loyalty balances. In the event of a discrepancy due to system errors, Peachmode reserves the right to correct the balance.

7. Points Adjustment

7.1. Peachmode reserves the right to adjust, correct, or reverse points in cases of system errors, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the program.

7.2. If points have been redeemed before a correction is made, Peachmode may debit the corrected amount from your balance, which could result in a negative balance that must be recovered before further redemptions.

8. General Conditions

8.1. Peachmode Rewards points have no monetary value outside the program and do not constitute property of the customer.

8.2. The program, including earning rates, redemption values, and expiry periods, is subject to change. Any material changes will be communicated through the website, app, or email.

8.3. Peachmode reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any customer found to be misusing or abusing the rewards program.

8.4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
